AI Chatbot: Introducing Rate Limits
You can now define how many chat messages a user can send within a specific period. To prevent abuse of your AI Chatbot and avoid incurring additional costs, the default limit is set to 20 messages per 4 minutes.

Introducing DKIM based outbound email authentication
We have enhanced our email authentication for greater security and improved deliverability. If you previously set or verified your email address using our now-deprecated method, please update your email from the dashboard to start using DKIM-based authentication. To do this, you need to add three CNAME records to your domain's DNS settings. Detection of these records may take up to 72 hours.
