• We have no plans to shut down the project, but the platform is now in maintenance mode. This means no new features will be added as the product is already stable and feature-rich.

• Our landing page is inactive as we no longer accept new customers.

🎉 New Features

• Help Desk: Introducing SMTP Support

  • SimpleBase now allows you to add your SMTP server configuration and send emails using your SMTP server, giving you full control over deliverability.

• AI Chatbot: Introducing Rate Limits

  • You can now define how many chat messages a user can send within a specific period. To prevent abuse of your AI Chatbot and avoid incurring additional costs, the default limit is set to 20 messages per 4 minutes.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• AI Chatbot: Fix the inclusion of chat history in follow-up questions. This will ensure the AI chatbot remembers previous messages and answers follow-up questions accurately.

• Widget: Fix widget body spacing issue at the bottom
