We plan to introduce a feature to make your knowledge base multilingual as easy as possible.
We want to extend our "Add new language" feature to ask you a simple question like "Do you want us to translate all categories and articles to this new language?". When you click "Yes" we will auto-translate all existing articles and categories and localize your knowledge base in under a minute.
Our only concern is the quality of auto-translate. We don't use plain Google Translate. Instead, we use Google AI to translate the content to be more accurate. But it's still not translated by a human. How would you be comfortable about publishing an auto-translated article to your knowledge base?
This is a huge development effort and a costly feature to run. That's why we need your feedback and votes to decide on this issue. Please help us to make our product better.
