Recently, we’ve been experiencing difficulties providing support within our organization. This was initially due to a support engineer getting sick, followed by their departure from the team.
Despite these setbacks, we’re actively working on the project and are committed to staying the course. We never abandon ship. However, managing the volume of support requests through our Help Desk and on AppSumo has been extremely challenging.
We understand that this situation is far from ideal, and we kindly request your patience during this difficult period.
Our support has always been recognized for its efficiency and excellence, as can be seen in past AppSumo comments and reviews. Unfortunately, our current experience does not reflect our usual standards, and we ask for your understanding. Please consider delaying any code refunds for about a week or so.
We are actively working hard on both short-term and long-term solutions to resolve these issues and restore our top-class support services to their former level.
