Tldr; Connect chatbot with WhatsApp so it becomes a 24x7 lead/support bot for people using Whatsapp, which is most people.

USE CASES:

1. Fb/Instagram/google lead machine! Trained with our own KB, the chatbot will be able to handle most leads coming in from ads or organic posts, and redirect them accordingly to sales, or share URLs.

2. People can connect with your business, without even visiting your website.

BENEFITS:

1. Whatsapp is far more accepted than your website by consumers. This gives it a much more personal feel.

2. No spam issues since most chats will be initiated by users.

3. Getting leads from social media/Google won't require a human to interact.

MAYBE'S:

1. Maybe an interface for training the bot on common welcome, redirects or CTAs based on customer interactions.

2. Maybe a way to transfer the chat to a human.

I am searching everywhere for something like this, and could only find ONE other whatsapp + chatgpt service called magicforms.ai (they were on appsumo) but they are unresponsive since last 3 months!
