Create Tickets

Feature Request

Would be awesome if it would be possible to create tickets for customers and initiate a new Ticket without needing a incoming mail of the customer.

    I just want to add, please allow for a ticket page so customers can submit inquiries. And please allow for custom/required fields. Such as username, etc. Without this information, then we have to contact the customer back and ask for it.
