Editor Moderation Tools (Team Collaboration)

We want to give teams more control over their content publish lifecycle and would love to hear your feedback.

Some of the ideas we are considering are:

• Article Approvals: Editors should get an approval before they publish an article

• Article Reviews: Editors can ask for reviews from peers

• Article History: Browse previous versions of your article and revert to any of them

• Article Templates: Create templates for your articles to guide your editors

• Draft Versions for Published Articles: Imagine a use case where your team is working on feature improvement, and you proactively want to update related articles, but they can't be published until the feature is released. This feature will give you the ability to draft a new version and publish it later.
