To significantly improve the user experience and engagement within our knowledge base, I propose the addition of multimedia support capabilities, specifically for images, videos, GIFs, and audio files. Currently, our platform only supports text inputs, which can limit the depth and clarity of the information shared. By integrating multimedia elements, we can cater to diverse learning styles, making our content more accessible and engaging. This feature would allow users to not only read about a concept but also see it in action, hear explanations, or view engaging visuals that reinforce learning.

Implementing multimedia support would involve:

1. Images: Enabling the upload and embedding of images to illustrate examples, provide diagrams, or enhance explanations.
