Meta data display on articles

Be nice to have some article settings paramters/value that you can define and have those show with a nice style sheet in the template. For example:

Date Published
Last Updated
Tags (links to a tag page view of all articles with that tag)

and then ability to define custom one, for my use case something like this

Version
Role

then on each of my articles, it can be displayed in a header area or somewhere so the view knows what version of the software this article is relevant to, what permission role, etc.

The data can also be relevant and used in searches, similar to how I think your keywords box is used.
