More control & customization of ticketing emails

I'm sure the community can come up with more thoughts here, but a few that come to mind just while setting this up:

  1. Which emails get sent

  2. Titles of the emails

  3. Some email design control (ie I use a white logo for our knowledge base, but that is barely noticeable on the email. So either the option to use our dark version logo OR a header color in the email)

  4. Maybe even heading control, or before/after content options.

  5. Footer notice control
