Search Result Show Article For Keywords Not In The Article Text

It would be great to show an article in search results for a keyword that isn't actually in the text body or heading. Either a hidden keywords list or maybe can utilise the meta keywords field. So that the search form would also check those fields and show up the article for the keyword/phrase if it is present in that keyword list.
