Agreed. The relationship between articles ideally should be a many-to-many. Unfortunately, I can see this being problematic for the drag-and-drop categories and articles though. Perhaps the solution is "secondary categories", which could alternatively place the same article in multiple categories?
A good example for my SaaS is an article called "Getting started with contracts". I'd like that article to be in the "Getting started" category AND the "Writing documents" category. My users could easily look in both places for that same content.
