Simplebase Downtime Is Alarming – Urgent Clarification and Data Access Needed

Hey Simplebase team,

Could you please share a clear update on the current status of the product and why the platform has been down for so long?

Right now, I’m unable to access or export my data, and your support emails are bouncing, which is extremely worrying. Even a temporary read‑only or export‑only mode would really help so I can at least retrieve my data.

If this downtime is related to infrastructure costs, technical issues, or the LTD model not being sustainable, I completely understand and I’m willing to move to a paid monthly subscription to support you. What matters most to me right now is transparency and a way to get my data back.

Please let me know:

  • What exactly is causing the downtime?

  • Is there any ETA for partial or full restoration?

  • How can existing users safely export their data from the system?

A public status update explaining what’s going on and what users should do next would be greatly appreciated.
