Intergrate live chat options to the chatbox widget

What would be fantastic in your chatbox widget is if you had an option for live human takeover and similar to how Birdseed and others do it, you integrate with common chat tools, like HelpCrunch for example where when a person requests a live person you simply hide your chatbox and execute the javascript to display the HelpCrunch - https://docs.helpcrunch.com/en/developers/ways-to-init-chat

You can do the same with many popular, Intercom, Gist, etc.
