In our mission to be the best knowledge base out there, we are exploring new AI-powered features, and this one makes us really excited.
With this feature, we plan to allow your customers to chat with your content. Think it's like a ChatGPT interface but with your own content.
Technically, we will train an AI model with your articles and additional resources you may upload, e.g., internal docs or PDFs.

Does this feature mean that as long as we publish articles on the Simplebase platform, chatbots will learn from these articles without any additional actions required from us?

Yessss, very exciting proposition. Incorporating functionalities that would enable users to fine-tune the AI model for enhanced accuracy would be an excellent addition. This would not only ensure the relevance of the generated responses but also improve the overall user experience. I'm really really looking forward to seeing this feature implemented.
