[Tracked with Parent Issue] Ticketing System MVP (Please comment/vote)

Our ultimate direction is to build the necessary tools to run your Help Center efficiently. We plan to release a Ticketing System and Chat Widget for this purpose. But these two features are moonshot and the ultimate direction.

Meanwhile, we are considering introducing an MVP version of a Ticketing System, allowing users to submit a feature request, report a bug, or send feedback directly through the Help Center pages.

We don't plan to build a dashboard to manage received feedback. Instead, we think of sending them to your email address, delivering to a Webhook, sending a Slack channel, etc.

This requires quite a big development resource. So, we ask you to comment and upvote this task if you think it's valuable to you. Please tell us what you think and help us build a better product.
